What happens to your pilot enquiry.
This page covers only the contact details submitted through the ClassKea pilot-interest form. A fuller privacy statement will be completed before schools or users enter product data.
What we collect
The pilot form asks for your name, work email, school, role and agreement to be contacted. A random submission reference is stored so a retry does not create a duplicate enquiry.
Why we collect it
ClassKea uses these details to respond to your enquiry, understand whether the planned pilot may suit your school, and coordinate any agreed follow-up. The form is not for student records, learning information or other sensitive school data.
Who can access it
Access is limited to people working on ClassKea pilot enquiries and the service providers required to host the site and form data. Contact details are not sold.
Your choices
You can ask what contact information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for your enquiry to be removed by emailing kiaora@classkea.co.nz.
ClassKea will complete formal decisions about privacy, security, data hosting, retention and school-data responsibilities. Current public statements describe product targets, not a legal certification.
